- Q. How many stories will I receive each month?
- A. It will depend on which collection you have chosen, e.g. our LM Montgomery collection is mostly 2 stories a month but some months a longer story is divided in half and is delivered over 2 letters.
- Q. Which countries do you post to?
- A. We post the letters to all countries that have a mail service.
- Q. How much is postage?
- A. Postage is included in the price, for all countries.
- Q. When do you post the letters?
- A. We post out the letters on the 1st and 15th of each month.
- Q. What if I haven’t received my latest letter?
- A. Please send us a message (mail@thestoryletters.com) and we will get another one out to you as soon as possible. Also, due to Covid, most postal services are a bit delayed, so please allow some extra time for mail to arrive. We post out of Australia so mail will take a little longer if you are overseas.
- Q. Can I join at any time of the year?
- A. Yes, we will start your subscription with the first letter in the collection that you have chosen, and will send out a letter each fortnight for a whole year or until you unsubscribe if you decide the letter subscription is not for you.
- Q. Can I pay for a year instead of monthly?
- A. Yes, you can choose to pay for a full year up front if you prefer.
- Q. Can I order a subscription as a gift for someone?
- A. Yes you can, there is a section on the order form to add their name and address.
- Q. How can I update/change my credit card or cancel my subscription?
- A. If you paid via PayPal you can log in to your PayPal account and update or cancel it there, or if you paid via Stripe you can log in at https://thestoryletters.com/members and use the links toward the bottom of the member page.
- Q. How do I log in to the member area?
- A. Visit https://thestoryletters.com/members and select “Lost your password?”, use the email address you used for your purchase, wait for the email, click the link, and add a strong password that you will be able to remember (or write it down). Then go back to https://thestoryletters.com/members and log in.
- Q. What if I move house?
- A. Simply send us an email (mail@thestoryletters.com) and we will update the address in our database.
